GlucoSage là ứng dụng giúp người bệnh tiểu đường type 2 hiểu chỉ số đường huyết. Chính sách này cho biết ứng dụng dùng dữ liệu của bạn như thế nào.
Tóm tắt. Dữ liệu sức khoẻ của bạn ở trên iPhone của bạn. GlucoSage không có máy chủ riêng, không yêu cầu tài khoản, không có quảng cáo và không theo dõi bạn. Ứng dụng chỉ gửi dữ liệu ra ngoài khi bạn bật Claude (xem bên dưới).
Dữ liệu ứng dụng lưu
- Chỉ số đường huyết, bữa ăn, vận động và câu hỏi bạn nhập.
- Chỉ số từ máy đo đường huyết qua Bluetooth, khi bạn kết nối máy đo.
- Đường huyết và bước chân từ Apple Health, khi bạn cho phép. Ứng dụng chỉ đọc, không ghi vào Apple Health.
- Hồ sơ: tên, cách xưng hô, năm sinh, loại tiểu đường, thuốc, loại máy đo, HbA1c gần nhất và một người thân để gọi khi cần (tên, quan hệ, số điện thoại).
Ứng dụng lưu tất cả dữ liệu này trên thiết bị. Chúng tôi không thu thập, bán hoặc chia sẻ dữ liệu này. Dữ liệu từ Apple Health không được dùng cho quảng cáo hoặc khai thác dữ liệu.
Trợ lý AI
AI trên thiết bị
Mặc định, ứng dụng dùng mô hình AI chạy trên iPhone (Apple Intelligence, Gemma hoặc Qwen). Câu hỏi và dữ liệu của bạn không rời khỏi thiết bị. Ứng dụng tải tệp mô hình từ Hugging Face qua Wi-Fi. Khi tải, ứng dụng không gửi dữ liệu cá nhân.
Claude (tuỳ chọn)
Nếu bạn nhập khoá API Claude của bạn, ứng dụng có thể gửi câu hỏi và dữ liệu liên quan (ví dụ chỉ số đường huyết gần đây và bữa ăn) tới Anthropic để tạo câu trả lời. Ứng dụng không gửi tên của bạn. Ảnh bữa ăn chỉ được gửi sau khi bạn đồng ý. Anthropic xử lý dữ liệu này theo chính sách quyền riêng tư của Anthropic. Khoá API được lưu trong Keychain của iPhone.
Giọng nói, máy ảnh và ảnh
- Micro và nhận dạng giọng nói: để bạn hỏi bằng giọng nói. Ứng dụng nhận dạng trên thiết bị khi iPhone hỗ trợ. Nếu không, Apple xử lý giọng nói theo chính sách của Apple.
- Máy ảnh và thư viện ảnh: để bạn chụp hoặc chọn ảnh bữa ăn. Ứng dụng chỉ dùng ảnh bạn chọn.
Thông báo
Ứng dụng tạo nhắc nhở và cảnh báo trên thiết bị. Ứng dụng không dùng máy chủ thông báo đẩy. Khi đường huyết thấp, bạn có thể chọn gọi người thân. iPhone thực hiện cuộc gọi, ứng dụng không gửi số điện thoại đi đâu.
Phân tích và theo dõi
Ứng dụng không dùng công cụ phân tích, quảng cáo hoặc theo dõi của bên thứ ba. Nếu bạn dùng TestFlight, Apple có thể chia sẻ với chúng tôi báo cáo lỗi và phản hồi bạn gửi, theo cài đặt TestFlight của bạn.
Xoá dữ liệu
Mở Cài đặt trong ứng dụng để đặt lại dữ liệu. Khi bạn xoá ứng dụng, iOS xoá tất cả dữ liệu ứng dụng trên thiết bị. Để thu hồi quyền Apple Health, mở ứng dụng Sức khoẻ, chọn Chia sẻ, rồi chọn GlucoSage.
Trẻ em
GlucoSage không dành cho trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi.
Không thay thế bác sĩ
GlucoSage không phải thiết bị y tế và không chẩn đoán bệnh. Luôn hỏi bác sĩ trước khi thay đổi điều trị.

Khi chính sách này thay đổi, chúng tôi cập nhật trang này và ngày có hiệu lực.

Privacy Policy
GlucoSage helps people with type 2 diabetes understand their blood glucose. This policy tells you how the app uses your data.
Summary. Your health data stays on your iPhone. GlucoSage has no server of its own, no account, no ads, and no tracking. The app sends data off the device only when you turn on Claude (see below).
Data that the app keeps
- Blood glucose readings, meals, activity, and questions that you enter.
- Readings from your glucose meter over Bluetooth, when you connect the meter.
- Blood glucose and step count from Apple Health, when you allow it. The app only reads. It does not write to Apple Health.
- A profile: name, form of address, year of birth, diabetes type, medicines, meter type, last HbA1c, and one family contact to call when needed (name, relation, phone number).
The app keeps all of this data on the device. We do not collect, sell, or share this data. We do not use Apple Health data for advertising or data mining.
AI coach
On-device AI
By default, the app uses AI models that run on your iPhone (Apple Intelligence, Gemma, or Qwen). Your questions and data do not leave the device. The app downloads model files from Hugging Face over Wi-Fi. The download sends no personal data.
Claude (optional)
If you enter your own Claude API key, the app can send your question and related data (for example, recent glucose readings and meals) to Anthropic to make an answer. The app does not send your name. The app sends a meal photo only after you agree. Anthropic processes this data under the Anthropic Privacy Policy. The app keeps the API key in the iPhone Keychain.
Voice, camera, and photos
- Microphone and speech recognition: so that you can ask by voice. The app recognizes speech on the device when the iPhone supports it. If not, Apple processes the speech under the Apple privacy policy.
- Camera and photo library: so that you can take or select a meal photo. The app uses only the photo that you select.
Notifications
The app makes reminders and alerts on the device. It does not use a push notification server. When your glucose is low, you can choose to call your family contact. The iPhone makes the call. The app does not send the phone number anywhere.
Analytics and tracking
The app does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking tools. If you use TestFlight, Apple can share crash reports and feedback that you send with us, as your TestFlight settings allow.
Delete your data
Open Settings in the app to reset the data. When you delete the app, iOS deletes all app data on the device. To remove Apple Health access, open the Health app, select Sharing, then select GlucoSage.
Children
GlucoSage is not for children under 13.
Not a replacement for your doctor
GlucoSage is not a medical device and does not diagnose disease. Always ask your doctor before you change your treatment.
Changes
When this policy changes, we update this page and the effective date.
